We just bought an Odyssey EX-L from Ike on 1/25/17. It was by far the BEST car buying experience I've ever had. Our salesman was Dan Koester, who was knowledgeable and to the point. He came to us with a great price the first time, and we were in and out in a few hours. That included test drives and working the numbers on two vehicles. I will definitely be back in the future!
I've lived in three different states and been in dozens of dealerships but Caleb Davis and ike Honda was the best experience I've ever had. We purchased a new odyssey and the negotiation process was cordial and low pressure. I got our van for what I wanted to pay and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. We drove past two Honda dealers to get to Ike and we'll do it again next time we need a vehicle
Post-purchase, Ike Honda has never seemed to care about their customer. My last visit was requiring a word with the service manager, who was in a meeting. After waiting a while and coming back, this person was no longer in a meeting. The service advisor, who was not assisting any other customers at that time, said I would just have to look around for him. Right...
