Two days after my fiance purchased 2 VW Jettas from Ike I noticed the rim was dented on the 2014. He called day 6 to let them know because they was supposed to be certified pre owned. This is a highly through 110 pt. inspection....right! He went in thinking they would make good on it but turned out he was blamed for the bent rim. "You may have hit a pot hole." We have been looking for several months to trade for a Honda. We tried in Paducah and Nashville but couldn't get it to work. Most places acted like they didn't even want our business. We decided to drive to Marion from Paducah and see the guys at Ike Honda, we were welcomed and we found what we wanted and the sales group was great to work with. After months of trying to resolve an issue with my Honda on 5 separate visits Ike Honda has resolved to call my issue a normal function of my vehicle. I have worked on vehicles for 6 years and know how vehicles are suppose to work. I cannot believe Honda of America allows such a low level of customer service and such a high level of incompetence to exist under their name.
