I have purchased several vehicles from IKE Honda for my family. I am very satisfied with how friendly and affordable everything was. I send all my friends and family to the IKE family of dealerships and get great feed back. Wouldn’t imagine going anywhere else for car purchases or service.
Your sales team members are too pushy and very unprofessional. I specifically requested twice for them to email if they needed to contact me. I did not give my approval to be texted multiple times even after I told him I was not going to buy a vehicle from him.
I have purchased multiple cars there, easy to work with in their service department is wonderful, open six days a week all day!
We had our car in on Saturday, December 15 for a recall on the passenger airbag. Upon getting back in our car we have a major crack in the passenger side of the front windshield. They did not take responsibility. The two workers we dealt with that morning were rude and now the service department will not take responsibility for replacing the windshield. Very poor on a business
Great service and everyone was so nice and professional.
They have the best Customer Service I have seen and experienced in a long time! They went above and beyond for me and my husband! The sales people are not pushy and everyone is super friendly from the people at the door all the way to the service department. Thank you for a wonderful experience we will be back.
