I have been looking at our 1 star reviews and wanted to apologize for the not so great service you received. However, When we are dealing with a warranty issues our hands are tied with Honda. Actually, most manufactures are like this as well. They tell us to try this to see if it works and sometimes it does and sometime it doesn't and then they finally approve the work that we know should have been done from the start. I have loved my experience with ike Honda. I traded my 2002 Santa fe in for a 2013 civic and in february I traded the 2013 for a 2014 civic ex!!! I love the new civic and she is just wonderful.
The people here are amazing! super nice, friendly, and professional! They were able to help me quickly and efficiently! I will gladly drive over an hour to come over here for anything! Thank you all so much!
