I have been looking at our 1 star reviews and wanted to apologize for the not so great service you received. However, When we are dealing with a warranty issues our hands are tied with Honda. Actually, most manufactures are like this as well. They tell us to try this to see if it works and sometimes it does and sometime it doesn't and then they finally approve the work that we know should have been done from the start. I have loved my experience with ike Honda. I traded my 2002 Santa fe in for a 2013 civic and in february I traded the 2013 for a 2014 civic ex!!! I love the new civic and she is just wonderful.
I work here and I love every minute of it! The family atmosphere and the way they treat me and the other coworkers are incredible! So glad to be apart of this amazing company/family ❤️
