same problem as everyone else charging me the same as my utility and wanting me to pay early termination if i leave no explained this to me before me signing up you guys take advantage of people that dont know much about this things

I believe that IGS is a rip-off, they charge me nearly the same amount as my utility **** and sometimes more than my **** but they claim they are saving me money. I feel that they mislead me by telling me that their price is lower than normal and that my rates are based on how much energy my neighbors are using and that is not a true statement. I have the same complaint as others I have these people on my credit report and I have never had service with IGS. I need to know what contract did I sign what property was using the service and dates. Because again I have never used Igs

An IGS employee came to our house and spoke to my partner and I about potentially getting free solar panels, and asked to see our energy **** so that IGS could create a customized proposal for adding solar panels to our home, we were busy and told thank that they can come back another time. September 2021 - My wife and I were just about to eat our lunch when despite of Obvious No Sales of Any Kind; signs on our front door salesman from IGS knocked and rang our doorbell. My Wife went to the door without opening it but look through a small window and asked what he wanted, he kept saying things like she really should open the door, That he had important information to share, and eventually my wife did open the door to ask what he wanted. I live in ********** ** and 2 dudes in 2 different vehicles showed up to my house and knocked on the door 4 times for 5 minutes. I dont answer my door if Im not expecting anyone. They left a card IGS energy to call them. They didnt go to any of my neighbors houses so this is kinda shady and harassing. Ive had PP&L electric services for 20 yrs now. I was told these guys are scammers and have no respect. If I see them again Im gonna be very disrespectful with words. Psh.

The worst ever. My **** has tripled. I was told by the salesman that was harassing me( for weeks after weeks even the teenagers when I wasnt home)that if I wasnt happy even after my 7 day period that I would be able to cancel my $99 dollar fee. Come to find out and its my fault for not reading its a total of $198(99 for gas and 99 for electric) this company is a super scam. My first encounter with IGS was when l rented; utilities weren't even in my name and they tried to get me to sign a contract with them for gas supply, which I was not authorized to do in any capacity. Knocking on doors, making you think that you already have business with them even though you don't, pushy sales tactics, predatory last-century sales grift is their bread and butter.
