Very disappointed. I was a new customer and had my hair cut at the Bicester salon once. Following that my next two appointments were cancelled by them. I’d blocked booked as I like my hair cut every four weeks. When I called to reschedule clearly nobody was particularly interested which isn’t a great when starting a relationship with who would have been a regular customer. This seems to be a trend in Bicester so now I’m back to square one. On the strength of this I wouldn’t recommend Idlewild. Sarah Roberts

Tony doing another 100000/10 on my hair colour, he is absolutely just THE best! Nicest guy and so attentive as well. Best colour I've ever had done thanks to him ❤️
