I came in on 9/11/24 to order a letterman jacket for my son. I had a tight timeline as I was trying to have it for his senior portraits in a month. The due date was 10/8/24 but I spoke to Jose and understood they had a family medical emergency and I was OK with that being delayed a few days. Unfortunately, my son and I made a mistake in choosing the color and when I came in, it was the wrong red. Reds are so hard!
