I came in today with my partner and got greeted with two really lovley and kind ladies, we got bracelets welded on and we love them, would absolutely recommend this place :) very kind staff and made us feel really comfortable
We saw Wiktoria, who was great. She went through the different options, let us try what we liked, and was honest about the prices. When there was a slight issue with a personalisation, she got in contact straight away, giving us options to resolve the situation. Would fully recommend!
Had my ears done for 2nd time love them staff were all brilliant friendly put me at ease would recomend them

Went in for a ring to be cleaned, they were doing a free clean for the weekend. They were very thorough and gave amazing advice. The team were very friendly and welcoming. They then Cleaned my charm bracelet and every single charm. I didn’t once feel rushed or pushed into anything. The shop itself was lovely with loads of amazing jewellery and a range of price points. Thank you both so much for all your hard work!
