Literally been sitting in the drive thru for the last 45 minutes because they suck! I remember why we stopped coming here

Great shakes, old time favorite
No shake is worth a 30 minute wait after you order!!!! Ridiculous!!!
While the shakes are good, customer service is extremely poor. So much that I can't recommend Iceberg anymore. There used to be a time in the valley where if you wanted a thick malt or shake, Iceberg was the place to go. Now, however, they hire super young kids without decent supervision to work the place. Last time I visited their 33rd South store, the music was blaring loud, the employees were partying instead of attending to customers, and the place looked absolutely disgusting, more than just being a 55 year old establis... read more
