I tell you people do NOT order the footlong. This hotdog is not 12", it is 9"! As far as I'm concerned, Iceberg owes me 3 inches of hotdog and perhaps next time they can make it look a little bit more appetizing. Proof is in the comment section.
we love their shakes in Herriman . Huge sizes and great flavors.
I tried the Syracuse location for the third time because it is close to home. They messed up the milkshakes for the third time. Never had that at 3900 south or Bountiful. First time they were wrong, the next time they gave my shakes to a couple of people who began to eat them even though they didn't order anything with chocolate and then they got mad. Mike. We are so sorry to hear about your experience there. Can you tell us the date you last visited and the approximate time. We want to work with our Shakemakers who were there at that time to make sure they are getting them mixed correctly.
The mini shakes are huge. Great place to mix flavors. My favorite is Hot Fudge and Peanut Butter.
I had half a shake and got the worst food poisoning I have ever had for 2 days. And the shake was not good, didn't mind tossing more than half of it at the time. Now I wish I had tossed it all!
The shakes were as good as always, but the staff was not friendly (greeted us with a "yeah?") and they got 3 orders wrong while we were there (including ours). Someone needs to pay more attention.
