This place awesome shakes. Unfortunately our service was not so awesome. Our order was messed up. In turn we ended up making 3 separate orders.

Let go from your job via text message... Is that really an acceptable way to treat employees Iceberg Drive-Inn? We definitely won't be frequenting the Syracuse Iceberg anymore. He's never been reprimanded or disciplined. If there is something he can learn or improve upon he will never know since they can't be bothered to talk to him face to face.
Used to be the best place for shakes. They have gotten so slow. I waited 45 minutes for three shakes. The chocolate wasn't working had to get another kind. The shakes finally came out all melted. It really has gone downhill.
Best onion rings and fry sauce. Small but tasty burgers. Best ice cream.
Went here for the first time ever. My husband and I got meals along with shakes. His was a "mini" and mine was "regular". They were pretty much the same size. My husband got a Philly cheese steak sandwich it cost $7, it's as big as my hand which is small. My crispy chicken sandwich was way over cooked and burnt. We waited 30+ minutes for our food and there was only one person ahead of us. Sorry to say we will not be back. Overpriced and disappointing. Threw most of it away and it cost $28!!!
Beyond disappointed with our experience. I ordered a caramel praline shake. Shake came out and I thought it looked weird. Dug around bit and no pralines. Like literally none. So I tasted it. Plain old vanilla. When the girl comes to the window I tell her the problem. She replied, "I didn't make the shake." And hands it back to me. I give it back to her and say that it is incorrect and needs to be remade. All of our other shakes were already melted before they handed then to us.
