Removing Iceberg from our FHE line up! Missing half our take out order - returned to wait and wait. The young man who waited on us apparently found it funny as he went back to his colleagues to yuck it up, after we pointed out that 3 orders of onion rings had passed through the window while we waited for ours. Need some customer service training. Need some serious quality assurance training.
Things have sure changes here since our last visit last summer, and NOT for the better I'm sad to say :0/ My marshmallow cream shake had no taste other than vanilla cream. And my wife's double banana shake BARELY had any banana flavor at all! She sent HERS back and while the second one was better, it was still woefully under flavored with only a couple of little bitty banana pieces in it! We had to wait fifty minutes and ended up missing school because of the wait. They finally gave us our order and it was wrong. They were trying their hardest but they were under staffed and very disorganized.
