We love Iceberg! The new "owner" in Riverton was so sweet. He cane out to say hello to everyone in the dining room. He even made a special order, caramel/bacon shake for a customer, paid for it, and let anyone in the dinning room try it!! I think he may have made 2.
Just had one of the worst restaurant experiences of my life at the St George iceberg. It was busy. I had waited a half hour before approached the cashier to see what the hold up was. He said it was because to a philly steak order. Really??? When I finally convinced the cashier who had no clue what he was doing to just go and ask the cook, who was stuffing his face on fries as he cooked. He responded in a rude and insulting tone. The Jr buffalos fries are AMAZING! And the shakes are pretty great too.😉
Please train the employees how to count money! Also if they don't know how, teach them how to open their mouth and talk to the customer! Horrible customer service when they've made a mistake. Need more training!!!
