We chose them over Burger King. I asked for a plain burger with ketchup and mustard with no cheese. The first time it came with cheese. That’s easy to fix. We went up to fix it. And the guy let 4 people go in front of us to fix it. Then it came out with no cheese and all the toppings. Like seriously how hard is it to get a simple order right. Next time definitely choosing Burger King.
So disappointed with your Fillmore, UT location. I had a 9 and a half hour drive and stopped there about 2 hours in to grab a quick bite. Waited in the drive-thru line for 20 min before finally getting to the menu, where I was then told it would be at least 20 minutes to get my food. Finally made it to the window after well over 30 minutes, to which the cashier charges me, then comes back to the window 10 minutes later and says she doesn’t know why it’s taking so long. We used Iceberg in Riverton to cater my parents 50th anniversary party and they were beyond amazing! The owner, Todd, personally delivered our food and was so outgoing and fun and added to the atmosphere of what we had hoped for. 😊 They even boxed all 25 orders individually and wrote all the special orders and names on each one and the accompanying shake. 😅 They spent almost 2 hours with me at the restaurant making sure we had all the orders and details of the delivery perfect and were so kind to my busy 2 year old running... read more

great shakes and fries. shakes are huge.
Their website said they deliver but could not see them on Grubhub or Door-Dash. So I called. The owner informed me that he was in the process of incorporating a service but it would be next week. He then asked me if I wanted to order and where I lived. He offered to deliver my food himself. My Granddaughter and I are enjoying our delicious food and Milkshake. Thank you Todd!!!!!! Seriously, who does this? Clearly someone who care’s about his customers!!!
Love this place! Their Nutella shake is so good! All their food is great! I also love their kids meals.
