Worst experience with any fast food!!!! First they try charging me for food I didnt order, then they messed up my PLAIN hamburger! I have to go stand in another line waiting 10 min while my $6 shake melts and fries get cold befor anyone even asks me what I need. I hand him my messed up burger and 5 min later he hands it back. I get home to discover they reused my burger just "washed off" the veggies. There is still ketchup and pickle remains on my burger. I will NEVER come here again

Love this place. Wish I could make it more often. Sandy and Mercedes were awesome. As we're all the other employees there. The fries, the onion rings and the shakes were awesome
Please train the employees how to count money! Also if they don't know how, teach them how to open their mouth and talk to the customer! Horrible customer service when they've made a mistake. Need more training!!!

40+ minutes in the drive thru for a!=$&#;;+/#!*$_=#&=/?/ malt????????? And then we're asked to pull forward and wait while we see the people behind us get a larger order at the window while we are still waiting for a single item? This company has a monopoly and so literally doesn't care about a negative review or the customer at all. This is not the first poor experience I've had, but again, they don't care about those who spend their hard earned money to keep them in business. Love Iceberg
As much as I love Iceberg food, I'm sure I'm not the only one who hates to sit in drive thru line for over 30 minutes on a weeknight watching the kids that are working take thier sweet time/goofing off with a line backed up the road. Not so fast food anymore, may as well sit down at a restaurant. *Update: after food was taken home, it seemed thrown together and rather limp.
