Our experience was at the Syracuse location. Here I am pregnant having an ice cream craving. Nothing too crazy coconut, chocolate (light on the chocolate) and macadamia nut shake. The kid taking my order was clearly frustrated especially after I asked if there was anyway to get a smaller shake for my 3 year old (which I was told absolutely not.) Asked for cheese fries, charges for chili cheese fries. Asked for no tomato no onion, got tomato and onion, didn’t even get the cheese fries and had to go back. The fries tasted like old grease and were extremely fishy tasting. Gross!! Didn’t get my coke and had to knock on the window to get it. I do not recommend this place to anyone if you value good food and good service.
Just had one of the worst restaurant experiences of my life at the St George iceberg. It was busy. I had waited a half hour before approached the cashier to see what the hold up was. He said it was because to a philly steak order. Really??? When I finally convinced the cashier who had no clue what he was doing to just go and ask the cook, who was stuffing his face on fries as he cooked. He responded in a rude and insulting tone. Their shakes are awesome one milkshake I’ll keep you going all day because their mile high the service is wonderful the people are friendly that work there I love the corn dogs I love the drive-through when I’m busy at work when I can come inside and just kick back or you outside on the patio it’s a great atmosphere
