On the rare occasions when I have had to use a body shop I have had the good luck to go to ICC. The first time was probably about 8 years ago. I chose them because they were recommended by GEICO. I went in to check them out and met Sam, a true gentleman. I was unfamiliar with the process with insurance and he made it all transparent and taught me the ins and outs. I'm a young, single female. When something goes wrong on my A-5 I start to hyperventilate not only because I need a working car but because I don't want to get ripped off. The first time I went to ICC I needed my baby cleaned or detailed. They only charged my $100 and I drove away and have never had a cleaner more beautiful car since I bought it! I worked for ICC ten years ago and was impressed with the quality. In the business many techs say he's they are the hardest to work for, but these are the techs that like to cut corners. Being in the business and even a competitor at times with ICC, I accord them the highest honors in the business. They are only one of two body shops I recommend in Orange County. ICC Collision did an amazing job on my Audi. It was pretty beat up when I brought it in from a collision with a truck and when I got it back it looked better than when I first bought it! They also vacuumed out the inside and washed it for me. They even gave me some extra touch up paint for any rock chips I might get! Liz at the front desk was awesome too! Very honest and fair shop. Sam the owner is always very accommodating and his prices come in very reasonable considering this is a high end shop. Highly recommended!
