I was looking to rate these $%#$&& with some numbers that are in negative. Dont you ever wanna go to these bluff masters.....extremely pathetic service.....no commitment....top notch liers........they are all set to rip you off....Iam sure the reviews with 5 stars must be from their own lousy employees. In May of 10, i bumped my bmw 5 series approx. @ 15 mph (during yeild at the red light) into another car. As a result my front bumber, grill, right head light got damaged (apparently). The person who hit my daughters car's insurance company was awful and wouldn't cover the damages. My insurance company took over the claim and was fabulous. ICC was excellent both times I used them. Very professional and helpful. -JoAnn V.
