After asking around, I learned from a number of people that ICC was place to get my car fixed... it was my first time dropping my car off- hence i was a bit nervous... i'm pleased to say i made the right decision... the service was excellent.. the job was done well... i was given a free rental... the only reason why i'm not giving them a 5 star rating is because my car wasn't ready when expected. 4 Stars guys, sorry
I have, unfortunately, more experience with ICC Collision than I'd like: twice in less than a year I had to have body work done on my car. To the same part of the car both times. The service experience was the same both times: excellent. In addition, the service adviser fixed an unrelated issue I mentioned to him without me even asking. ICC didn't benefit in any way, and he saved me about $150 and a whole lot of hassle besides. Thanks ICC, awesome work.
I have used ICC on two occasions so far and they have been the best part of getting in an accident. They do great work and communicate well (both with myself and the insurance agent).
Really happy with my car, you guys are the best. The lady who ran into my car had her car fixed at your place too. I this because she was in the lobby at the same time I was. I really couldn’t believe how many cars you guys fix. You must have every BMW in OC at your place. Well I’m glad I ended up there cause the car really looks great, thanks.
Can’t get enough of this place, been there 4 times in the past 5 years. I keep going back because my car is a target for others to run into. Not once was it ever my fault. I got referred to this place by the Audi Dealer and they really do an excellent job. This last time they told me I was getting the repeat customer award. LOL. Not really but they did give me a free detail and that was really cool. Thanks Donald.
In all the years I have been a driver I can tell you no one person escapes the experience of going to a body shop. You guys really have something good going on at ICC. My car thanks you.
I took my BMW more than two months ago, and i was promised my car on serval dates. Till this day i do no have my car back. The staff is rude, and have no idea what they are talking about. The main person SAM is rude, who does bad business. The manager BRAD is a moron who doesn't know how to deal with customer. If you take your car there don't expect to get your car back soon. I had my car fixed at ICC about 6 months ago and they did a good job but that is what I expected. The reason I am writing this review is because I just got a call from them reminding me to bring in my car for paint maintenance. This is a program that they offer all who patronize to bring in your car over the course of several month and they pretty much detail it for you for free. Yes I said FREE. Wow and this is why I am giving them a rave review. Way to go over and above the call.
