We went for service on our current mini, due to unexplained problems we had to decide to get a new car or not. People were very helpful trying to help us decide.
Good other than they didn't program the "doors to lock" upon drive away as I requested.
Front wheel scratched by a curb . Service made the necessary repairs and it looks as good as new!
Great experience. I had not planned to buy a new MINI. My wife was invited to test drive the new F56 at the launch event, to potentially replace her 08' Cooper S. After going on a test drive in an F56 Cooper S with Theo, she insisted I drive it as well. That was all it took. Dealing with Mini service is always a pleasant experience. when dropping off or picking up, they get you in and out quickly and do excellent work!
Dan was polite as usual. He answered all questions prior to the service appointment and kept me information while I waiting for my Mini. The service time frame was met and Dan advised of what would be needed for my next appointment. Thanks
Dan was helpful and great to work with however my wipers were not replaced properly.
