ICC did a fantastic job on repairing my 2006 H3 Hummer. Kudos to whoever does the hiring for ICC because everyone went out of their way to make sure it was as pleasant as an auto repair could be. These people got it going on. Someone side-scraped my car and I had no insurance coverage. The door wouldn't even shut and I was driving my kid around with he door tied shut. I took it to a mechanic down the street from ICC and they said for $300-400 they would weld something onto the quarter panel and try to pop it back out. Car illiterate that I am, i could tell that wadn't gonna work. The Manager of ICC took one look at it and said all it needed to function again was a new latch. Lo! I left my car at the Dealership and spoke to a very nice young gal by the name of Michileen, she told me my car would be taken to another place called ICC Collision Center. I never heard of them but she was very professional and I was at Crevier BMW so I figured it was ok. The next day I got a call from a gentleman by the name of Peter and he went over the work that he was going to do and told me what to expect. Whats not to like....great front desk people(Liz and Audrey) My contact person, Angel, kept me in the loop every step of the way,the shop did great work,on time,got the car back washed,and cleaned,found my lost phone for me. Flawless service from drop off through pickup.I have dealt with a lot of shops over the years, ICC has never disappointed me, they always delight me...Go to ICC when you need body repair...they are the best...
The staff at ICC Collision were so super friendly! They did a GREAT job on my car when I got into a fender-bender. Car was fixed and like new within 1 week. They vacuum and detail the car too upon completion of the job. Will recommend them for any car repairs!
By far the best auto body shop in OC. I have gone to them for years! Any scratch, dent, and a couple of large wrecks they have done it all for me! I would recommend them to anyone! Highly highly good at what they do! Great price too! Easy, and fast auto body repair!!!! I love my BEEMER and I spend a lot keeping looking new so I wont just go anywhere, these guys are the experts. Thanks ICC, I love the way you guys vacuume the carpets, looks really cool, they do it in a pattern like a lawn??? Love it.
Sheri and I both rammed our cars into each other on our way to a party, can you believe that. Worse thing is I hit her. Yup rammed right into the rear of her car no brakes. My insurance shelled out over ten grand to get our cars fixed and of course hers was finished before mine. She got a rental covered by my insurance and I didn’t because dummy me doesn’t have rental car coverage.
