Went there for some minor body work, thanks to a referral from my mechanic, and overall the experience was great. The reception staff was very attentive. My estimate only took about 20 minutes total and they were able to set me up with an appointment the following week to complete the work. The work was completed in the time frame they estimated and they called with updates regularly. Upon pick up, they went over all the work completed in detail. The service staff were very friendly, my car repairs were done quickly, they returned the car sparkling inside and out, and all the repairs look fantastic. Plus, since they are connected with my insurance company, anything additional just went directly between them, saving me a time consuming step. I'm completely satisfied, and my car looks much better than it did even before it was backed into in a parking lot.
I was in a recent accident and went to ICC for repairs. They were great. Liz at ICC kept in contact with me about the progress of my car and I am not sure I would have gotten that anywhere else. If there any problems, I was called and I still got my car within the estimated time. Liz and the whole team at ICC are great. I would recommend ICC if you need auto repairs.
ICC does quality work. Everything was done on time and the estimator Angel called me with updates on everything done. He was very professional and answered all questions. My car looks like it was never in an accident. I am satisfied and as far as I am concerned there are no other body shops in OC.
I had a great experience at ICC. I worked with Angel and Sam and they made sure I was well informed about my car. Even though my schedule did not work out they all tried hard to be there when I had time to pick up my car. When my insurance company was taking too long to get the payment Liz even offered to call and get them moving. My car was done right on time and it looked fabulous!! I was recommended to this body shop by the Dealer, and I would absolutely tell anyone to go there!!!
Great friendly service. I had my 2008 Audi TT fixed after someone backed into the side of my car. They were easy to work with, finished my car on time and it looks as good as new. I also had them replace a torn seatbelt while it was in the shop. Very easy company to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.
I hope to never need a body shop again, but if I do, I will go back to ICC. The front office staff is great, the shop worked directly with my insurance, and Tim called me with regular updates on my car’s progress. It looks as good as it did the day I bought it.
Just had my truck repaired here and they did a perfect job at a good price. Not only is their work superior but the people who work there are friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are reunited with your vehicle as soon as possible.
