I FOUND THE BEST DEAL AT IBEX ! – After over two months of searching I found my gorgeous gown atIBEX. My gown was delivered three weeks early. The seamstress did an excellent job for alterations. I am very happy !

Very dissapointed so far – I went to 4 boutiques before going to Ibex. The girl who helped was nice, but still, the customer service did not compare to the others. Still, I decided to buy the dress because I loved it, and they sold me on the "anniversary sale thing." 3 days after putting my deposit, I had the jitters about the dress, but I knew there was NO cancelation. BEST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD !!! – I bought my wedding gown in IBEX two years ago. To be honest, I was a very picky customer, I went to five different places and couldn't find anything . AVOID AT ALL COSTS. – PSA to all users: I would be wary of all of the posts on here that are in all capital letters and broken English. The people who own and run this shop are always talking about how they've been in business for 20 years and it doesn?t make sense that somebody who actually bought something from the store would make a point of stating that the store has been in business for 20 years. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SHADY ORGANIZATION- DO NOT BUY FROM HERE – These people are are taking me to small claims court. And I did a county record search- they have done this to 128 brides over the past 12 months alone! I found a wedding dress that I liked at Ibex on 10/28/06. I wasn't ready to purchase yet since my mom is coming to town in a few weeks and I wanted her to see the dress. The clerk told me they were having a sale that ended that same day. DO NOT BE FOOLED! – At first, the staff is really helpful and they "oooh" and "awww" you when you try on the gowns, but when it's time for paper work and $$$, they turn on the hustle. Don't ever buy ANYTHING if they won't let you leave for a while and think it over. I found the perfect dress during this so called "anniversary sale", but the sales people were so pushy insisting we go with the payment plan and leave a deposit, that it was such a turn off.
