Shopping at Ibex was a great experience! – I loved the service, prices and the merchandise! The sales lady was very nice and helpful. They gave me additional discounts for my bridesmaids dresses. All the dresses were ordered and all of them arrived much earlier than promised. I would recommend Ibex to all my friends!
You'll Love It!!! – I had only two months left to my wedding and I could not find a gown that I would really love. I checked out some stores, but they did not carry any quality dresses. I searched for designer gowns in Los Angeles in the internet and saw all these reviews. I ignored all what people wrote about Ibex since I did not have much time left and that was my luck!!! I bought my dream gown from Ibex! I am so happy with the service and the prices! Thank You Ibex!
Th best place to shop for wedding gowns! – I ordered my gown from Ibex a week ago. I did love the service, the salesperson I worked with was very helpful and she did make me feel like a very special customer. I'll give them four stars instead of five just because they do not have a parking. The store is beautiful, has a huge selection of wedding gowns and the prices are just great!
IBEX is great!!! – I have just returned from my honeymoon. I must let everyone know getting my gown from IBEX was just a great experience altogether. I could not help noticing all the nonsence voiced by previous bride. The salon looks clean and very well lighted. The help is very attentive and I recommend this place to everyone. I say this with all honesty for a picky person as I am it must mean a lot.
One Fantastic Experience! – Drive down to Downtown, LA and save a fortune! You can not imagine the variety. Talk about designer brands and coture collections. When you walk in it is rather overwhelming but with the way they approach you and discuss everything in detail you will calm down. Do yourself a favor and don't be fooled by fancy locations at the other end of the town.
Worse Experience Ever – Please avoid this place!!!!!! The owner is rude, a liar, and a con. They lie about having designer dresses, they lie about not being able to provide you with a picture of your gown, their dresses are over priced, the service is terrible, the store is dirty, the fitting rooms are dirty. They told me there was no picture of my gown since is was a 2008 design. LIES!!!!!!!!!!! I did some research and found it on line. It was actually a 2006 design. The gown was $500 over priced. Don't Believe the "SALE ENDS TODAY" line - it isn't TRUE!!! "LaROUGE" doesn't Exist!!! – Go to a reputable Bridal House where you know that the gown you are buying is authentic and priced according to the manufacturers retail suggestion. My experience was a nightmare. This place claims it sells designer gowns. Oh, they HAVE designer gowns - but the one YOU get will be priced 3 times higher than the actual price, then the original tag will be ripped out and replaced with a fake designer name LaRouge. THE BEST EXPERIENCE. NICE STAFF, HUGE VARIETY OF DRESSES!!! – I went to Ibex back in may and found my dress. I was surprised how this store in downtown Los Angeles had almost all the designers I wanted. The service was great, the bridal consultant was very patient and nice. IBEX, not all its cracked up to be! – I got married last year in October. I really hadent paid much mind to where exaclty I would purchase my dress from, until a girl told me she had bought heres at IBEX beacuse they have a great selection and they have a great layaway plan. I went and first of the old man that works there is always rude, he has no expericene with customer service, and lacks manners.
