My dress is where???? – I had a pleasant experience at IBEX until the day before my wedding. I ordered my dress from them and it was cheaper than other bridal salons. IBEX did the alterations and they were fine - not great, considering what I had paid for them. Then - I paid another $100 or so to have the dress steamed. I set an appointment 3 months out to pick up the dress 2 days before the wedding. When I arrived to pick up the dress it had never been returned from the steaming company. I had a good experience ! – I have been visiting Los Angeles to do some shopping for my wedding. My friend recommended Ibex to me. Honestly, I did not expect to see such a nice store in Downtown LA and find such a good quality at very low prices. Thanks to my friend, I found my dream gown at Ibex! Loved the service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – Excellent service, beautiful gowns, huge selection!!!!!!!! I bought everything I needed for my wedding at Ibex. I got a gorgeous designer gown for 500 less than in any other store I visited. I bought my bridesmaids dresses and got an additional discounts. I am very happy with Ibex and will recommend it to every bride I know!!!
The Best Shopping Experience! – Life is too short in order to shop forever for your dream wedding gown. You would hear all these horror stories! I got married 3 weeks ago. I bought my gorgeous wedding gown from Ibex. This operation did everything they promised so efficiently that I have no hesitations recommending them to all my friends. The selection is exquisite and the service is very friendly. Parking is hard to find on Saturdays, get in there early.
YUCKKK!!!! – It truly is the worst place to go for a wedding gown or any other occasion. Mean and RUDE MANAGER!!! Save yourself some time...dont go there!

Shame on them! – Earlier this week my daughter and I drove up to LA from SD. We were on the search for the perfect sweet 16 dress. A nice lady by the name of Diana helpped us. We were un sure about the dress so I asked if we could come back on Sataurday to show my husband the dress. It was raining that day, so we left a bit early not knowing what the trafic would be like. IBEX saved my wedding! – It was about four weeks left to my wedding and I went to pick up my wedding gown from a salon in Beverly Hills. To make a story short, they had ordered a size 6 instead of 16. i was told there is not enough time to get one on time. My choice was to just pick what they had in stock. Very upset I walked out. Do Not Go Here!!!! – I had a similar horiible experience as others, I was lucky enough not to order from them. I went with a friend to look at dresses and found one I liked. Of couse it was on sale which ended that day. I was told if I didn't buy it that day, the dress would go up $900!! I was pressured into leaving a non-refundable $100 deposit to "hold the sale price".
