I didn't buy my dress here... thank goodness! – I knew what dresses I wanted to try on, but had a hard time finding them at the stores because they were part of the designers' newest spring line. When I called Ibex, they claimed that they carried every single dress from the 2 designers I mentioned and to come in and take a look. (Lie #1). Great Selection, Great Price – I just bought my gown at IBEX last week, I walked in and there was a girl and her mother arguing with the people behind the counter who didn't really seem to be helping much...I was nervous. Bizarre Experience – This is my first review, but I will be posting more as I go through the bridal gown shopping experience. I'm writing this because I was hoping the other low ratings weren't accurate, but having visited this store, I believe them! I found my gorgeous gown at IBEX! – Entering this salon is an experience by itself. Not only gowns, also the italian leather and mink, and knits, and hats... you feel like you are shopping in Milan Italy. I tell you, they have the largest and the best selection of gowns I have ever seen. I am extremely happy with my purchase. I recommend them very highly!
Stress Free Shopping Experience! – Since I had a very short time left to plan my wedding, I was getting very nervous that I might not have enough time to find my bridal gown, accessories and the bridesmaids. Due to the short notice many bridal stores refused to work with me. My friend, who recently got married recommended IBEX to me. Beleive it or not, only with one visit my wedding was saved!!!! IBEX - My Favorite Salon! – Although we are from San Diego, my cousin made me drive down to Downtown L.A. to get my gown from IBEX. Without a doubt the service and quality is the best. My gown arrived a month early. my maids, my mom, his mom, all the ushers had no complains about the service. Keep up the good work!!!
BAD STAY AWAY – when making such an important decision you should not have to worry about anything after you have purchased a dress. as where at ibex after you have purchased a dress and have a contract with them they come back and say they dont have that style or color you selected so you have to do it all over agian. they also minipulate people into thinking there stuff is desiner where it is the same thing i found online for $300 cheaper. ibex has been nothing but trouble for everyone that i know that has shoped there. st... read more
My worst wedding vendor! – This is my 1st time posting, but wanted to warn other brides to be. I wish I had read these reviews before shopping at Ibex. I also was taken in by the "last day of the sale" gimmick, and not only bought my dress, but an overpriced veil as well. I also found my dress much cheaper, and the veil for less than half of what I paid. I Recommend IBEX. – It has been a smooth ride from the beginning to the end. I just came back from my honeymoon. I just have to let everyone know that the service is very friendly and just great. My gown arrived right ontime and I loved it !
