Not recommended – I came in today to look for gowns. I was so excited because when I called Ibex and spoke with a woman and she told me they have a great selection of Maggie dresses. I asked if she can look up a particular model and she said no they have too many and I would need to come in. I got to the store and they had me look through a bunch of folders. THE WORST ---ZERO STARS – Oh my goodness I recieved my dress and its horrible. It is not a designer dress. This was probably made in downtown LA. I'm so heartbroken I've been crying all day. Please avoid this place at all costs.
RUDE & PUSHY – Hi, Thanks for reading my review. I visited the store a few months ago and I was hoping they had the gown I was looking for which was an Enzoani gown. Unfortunately you have to go through books and books until you find your gown. I could not find the gown I was looking for so I picked 5 other gowns that looked nice. Love You IBEX Team – My experience started online when I was looking at the Maggie Sottero website when I saw that IBEX was listed as a distributor for them. I decided to give this store a call and talk to them and they informed me they were the main distributor. I made an appointment and visited the store. Just left IBEX – I just left IBEX .. I have placed an order for my dream gown and will be back on sat. with my bridesmaids to take advantage of my bridesmaid discount. I AM AN IBEX BRIDE! – I just picked up my dress from IBEX, pressed fixed and completely ready to wear and it only makes me that much more excited about my wedding. BE AWARE – I visited a couple of salons on my search for my gown and IBEX by far was the WORST. Everything they say is true, they tell you today is the last day of their sale and you must pay a deposit to secure the price. They rip tags out of the dresses. BE AWARE, READ ABOUT IBEX – I had a worst experience as a bride at IBEX bridal in downtown. The customer service was poor, I was lied about the price of the gown and they gave me the price of the veil 4X more than in different bridal store! I put a small deposit for my gown and veil and after signing an invoice with very little tiny letters I found out that I am not able to cancel my dress or veil and I need to fully pay for it. very pleased – I was VERY pleased with my experience at IBEX... This is the first place I went and I ended up buying the 3rd dress I tried on... I loved flipping through the books they had of all of their dresses, I thought that made my decision so much easier to quickly be able to pick a few dresses I wanted to try on.
