Came in today, to fix some Primark Jewellery. The lady that dealt with me was great. Was clear and concise with what was possible. Focused on value for the customer and managed to fix what was needed. Very good experience.

Had fantastic customer service yesterday. The lady who served me was very patient, helpful and took her time with me as I was emotional at trading in old jewellery with old memories and she gave me the time to make the right decision for me. She was very thorough going through various options. I have used I'Ansons for over 50 years and will continue to do so.A very happy customer.

Left my watch for a new battery. I was asked if I could come back in 30. minuets. I came back in 45. I was then told the owner was busy with a rep. Could I give it an hour or better still leave the watch and come back another day. When I was in business, the customer was more important than a visiting sales rep.
