We rented through iAgents for 4 years and it was a constant struggle. Most maintenance issues we reported were ignored, and the few that were addressed required constant nagging to get any movement. In my experience, they were unprofessional and unresponsive to urgent maintenance requests. The house was in a disgusting state when we moved in, and the ongoing living conditions were unacceptable, uninhabitable and a serious health hazard. It was a nightmare experience—I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a rental.

Great service. Really helpful staff. After my Landlord changed Agents they could not have been more helpful, made a very annoying process as easy as they could, while the other agent went out of their way to make it as difficult as possible!
