We suspected uninvited guests in our attic but couldn’t find an entry point. Tim was polite, discreet, professional, COVID aware, and on top of all that, successfully tracked a possible access hole the rats may be using. In placing some poison, Tim was the first to consider our dog and ensured it was left where only the rats could get at it. He returned to check on any action on two further occasions before his final visit when he guided us on how to secure the entry hole. Very professional service: I contacted iPest about our moth problem and they came round to assess that week. Then the week later they came round to treat our house. Tim also offered some advice on how to keep anything that returns at bay. Would highly recommend and I also found the price very reasonable.

We keep 3 backyard chickens and had been having frequent sightings of rats. Tim was efficient at identifying the areas most used by the rodents and treated these areas over a period of time in 3 visits. He was reliable, polite and effective and I would certainly contact him again if necessary.
