Ilovekickboxing is just what I've been missing to help me reach my health and fitness goals. The staff is motivating and helps me stay accountable. I didn't like to exercise but now can't wait until my next class. It's always so clean. The workouts are amazing from the instructors to the people. I'm motivated to keep going back because it pushes me to my limits and I feel the changes in my body right after class is over.
I love this place! Just joined a few weeks ago and I already feel healthier! Highly recommend for anyone looking for motivation in a group setting!
I love kickboxing in Cranston is by far my favorite place to get in a crazy workout. The trainers are awesome they keep you pumped the entire time. I am pretty active. I run, practice yoga and go biking and hiking. Since I started training at I love kick boxing I have been sore in places I never knew I could be. The results happen fast. It is by far the best and most fun workout I have ever had! Thank you Lexi and Leslie!
If you are thinking about joining ILKB, DO IT! ILKB-Cranston is AMAZING! It's the perfect mix of cardio, having fun and being pushed further than you thought you could go! I am a mother of a 5 month old AND a 20 month old and have neglected ME for far too long! The instructors are absolutely amazing motivators!! This is exactly what I needed in my life! Thank you ILKB!!

LOVE this place! All the instructors are super nice & they literally KICK BUTT. I'm sweating & having a good time. I'm a big workout fanatic & couldn't find a solid work out that gave me the results I've been looking for & in just six weeks I'm starting to get my six pack back.
