Best workout!! I have been a member of ilkb for 3 years now and never get bored! The workouts are fun, challenging, and at times exhausting which is why I love it! The staff are great, always pushing you to keep going!

My name is Meghan, and I started going to the ILoveKickboxing in Cranston RI a little over a month ago. My mom discovered it on groupon and so we decided to try it. I have been kickboxing at ILKB for almost two years now. I’ve tried just about every workout out there. If you are looking for one of the BEST full body workouts around, come try ILKB. The instructors are AWESOME! They keep you super motivated and the music will get you pumped. Come on down and give it a try… you won’t be disappointed!!!

I joined Ilovekickboxing.com 6 months ago and fell in love with the workout immediately. The high energy and fast paced workout gets me excited and motivated to get to class and to finish the hour workout strong. All the instructors are amazing.

I used to be a Jazzercise instructor for 5 years, and after the facility I was teaching at closed down I didn't know if I'd ever find something that I'd love doing as much again. Then I stumbled upon ILKB in Cranston and man am I glad that I did! The atmosphere there is so awesome and you get a complete body workout from head to toe while still having so much fun!
