Cranston location is off the charts with its clean, open, breathable studio. Crazy awesome music,helpful and caring staff and fellow kick boxers make this workout the best sweat you have ever earned in your life. I'm toned, I'm strong, I'm confident, I'm proud, I'm healthy, I'm so many things because of Mike and Lexi I really should right them a thank you card for changing my life for the healthier. I love kick boxing and little do you know... you do too.

You won't find a better place to work out! I LOVE KICK BOXING CRANSTON is amazing. The staff truly cares about getting you to your goals and you as a person. You won't find a better staff. I recently injured my leg, and even though I couldn't go, they are still there for me, rooting me on and encouraging me, so I can get back to it!!!! I love this place and highly recommend it!!!!
Mike & Lexi are the owners at ILKB Cranston and are amazing people. I would highly recommend this workout. Mike is a great instructor and his classes are pure fat burners. I've never had a workout like this and I am totally encouraged by my results so far. Please try them out!
These are the best workouts to have fun, get in shape and to meet some incredible people. There are a lot of class times to choice from. The staff is awesome and the music is pumping. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.
I kickboxed years ago consistently at a Martial Arts Center that unfortunately ended their program. I tried so many other kickboxing studios since then and could never find one that gave a really intense workout. I finally found ILKB in March of 2014 and it was exactly what I was looking for...it filled my kickboxing void! There is no workout like this out there...it is so addicting! I have been a member for a few weeks and I love ie. It is such a great place to work out! I love Kickboxing is more than a Kickboxing location, it is a community and a family that provides great motivation and wonderful and motivating workouts. Definately recommend the Cranston location!! Claudia
This is the best work out ever. Mike and Lexii have so much energy. They help you find the inner strength to push your self to the extreme. I get stressed when I miss a work out. Ilovekickboxing has become a part of my weekly routine that will help me get back on track.
