I have been a member at ILKB for 2 months now and have lost 13 pounds so far! The great team here offers an amazing 60 minute workout. My team pushes and motivates me through my workouts every class and also gives me great advice on how to maintain an overall healthy lifestyle. I couldn't be happier with my decision to join the ILKB Cranston family!

I have only been taking kickboxing for about two months now but I have felt a change in my life. I have more energy and feel happy. The staff and members are really nice and supportive. I love kickboxing and would recommend it to anyone. Its a great work out.

I've been with the ILKB Cranston crew for a year now and I haven't looked back. Even when I had taken a few too many months off, the moment I walked back in it felt like I had never left. The instructors are always happy to see you when you walk in the front door and always make it a point to tell you that they're proud of you at the end of the day. Workout aside, what I really love is that the relationships I've built there are just as amazing as the strength and confidence they send me home with after each and every class.

so much fun and extremely intense! I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is ready for a challenging workout. You'll definitely get a better workout here than an hour at the gym! They're extremely nice, go at your own pace, set your goals and get to it! No more excuses :)

iLoveKickboxing.com in Cranston is an amazing community that provides an incredible workout for your body and mind! The instructors and class atmosphere pump you up throughout the entirety of your workout and participants receive individualized attention. The class schedule offers flexibility for everyone. It was the best decision I could have made and once you join, you become addicted!

I totally love ilovekickboxing because it helped me so much with my weight and my self esteem. The instructors are awesome and patient with me since I am hearing impaired so I always feel at ease in the classes. At the end of each class, my self esteem roars and I feel AWESOME! Once you go in there, you will not regret it!!!
