By far the best work out I have ever had - working with Mike and Lexii is the best because they work with you and beside you at the same time. I have never been this far in my weight loss journey and I know that because of ilovekickboxing I will keep going.

Mike and Lexii will whip you into shape in this fun, high intensity workout and yet still go at your own pace and getting you to your goals! The routines change up everyday so you don't get bored. I love this new location!
ILKB is awesome! Such a great workout! Mike and Lexii are the best! They keep you motivated and if you need help they are there for you. You must try it out. PS – Great for stress relief ?
This fabulous new facility is amazing! Locker rooms, with showers! The instructors are encouraging, and helpful. They make you feel like you're home, and that you actually matter, not just a "member" that scans in. Conveniently located in Cranston, on a main road. Get there... Only thing you'll regret is not going sooner!

I've been going for the past 6 months and i always have a kickass workout!!!! Love it!
Great workout every time!! Absolutely love it! The new location is amazing!! You never have the same workout twice. You always leave feeling amazing! This is a must try. I've been going for six months and have not repeated a work out. Instructors are always helpful! Music is also upbeat!
