ILKB Cranston is the best workout in town! I have tried other group fitness classes, and nothing compares to this environment! The staff is phenomenal, and everything is super clean and well-organized there. They have the nicest locker rooms I've ever seen! The workout is amazing, and the results speak for themselves. I started my kickboxing experience about a month ago when I bought a Groupon for 10 classes. I've loved the class, the kickboxing studio is good equipped and clean. Awesome trainers, always encouraging. There is a positive vibe in the place and excellent music. The kickboxing has become my favorite workout and that's why I'm now a proud member of ILKB Cranston.

The best work out I have ever had in my life. The trainers are amazing and make working out so much fun. Nothing but a wonderful atmosphere when I am there. I always feel welcome, it is like a family!

I definitely recommend taking kickboxing classes with th ILKB family at Cranston. The workouts are high energy and keep you motivated. I love the different moves you learn each class.

Started in June and I'm already seeing results in July. I feel stronger and more confident. The workouts are still very tough, I'm just able to do more reps and work faster and harder. The staff is great and very motivational. If you struggle to make it to the gym you should definitely give ILKB Cranston a try!
