ILKB Cranston is fantastic place. The workouts are intense and there is nothing better than punching and kicking bags. The staff make really enjoyable and put together a great class. I highly recommend this gym.

I LOVE ilovekickboxing! I've struggled with being overweight my whole life and then I found out about this gym! I finally found a workout that is FUN, EXCITING, and NEVER BORING. I love all my trainers - the Cranston gym is a place where everyone feels welcomed and you never feel uncomfortable or self conscious. I will forever recommend this gym to anyone, despite their body type and fitness level, who is trying to lose weight, feel better, or even just to de-stress!

This place is amazing! No matter what your fitness level is you will fit in. The trainers are motivating and switch up your workouts so you never get bored. One hour of an intense, full body workout and you feel great after! So glad I joined!!
