car was serviced in a good time and I loved how they have the runner grab my vehicle and pull it in the service garage ! But here is what I don't like....the service advisor mark never told me his name he just walked up to the vehicle and in fact I didn't know his name until I went up to his desk . I had to ask if we were getting a multipoint inspection and my car was never washed . I am an employee of Luther and have high standards . Was rude to my husband first time he went to shop. Had to escalate to manager to have a different associate work with us. Purchased a brand new car and traded in our current vehicle. They sent our trade-in payoff to the wrong place. When we raised that issue to them they stopped responding to emails and called my husband and told him he needed to call who THEY sent the check to and get it figured out. Worst service EVER. If you want a Hyundai, its worth the drive to St. Louis Park to work with Walser.
Buying at Luther Bloomington Hyundai has been a total joy. They went above and beyond to find me exactly the car that I wanted, despite not having it on the lot. Everything was handled quickly and professionally and the car itself was delivered in beautiful condition. They gave me a great deal on my trade in and even beat the Walser dealer next door! Terrible experience. The place drags their feet and it has taken months to resolve my refund issue. I'm owed a good chunk of change that was supposed to be refunded to me months ago, and I am still chasing around trying to get my money back. Terrible experience not just with this company, but it translates to a terrible overall experience with Hyundai.
