They did the wrong service on my car. I filled out the survey they sent me. They said I would get a call about what went wrong. They never called me. Beside that the guy who did intake was rude.
Andy was absolutely exceptional. His service was amazing. He went above and beyond to make this a spectacular experience. The Tucson was a surprise gift for my wife's birthday and he was of tremendous help in getting all the details set up just right. He even allowed some items to be mailed to him personally at the dealership so my wife would have no idea of what was in store. Andy was fabulous.
The car and service have been fine, but I have repeatedly requested a refund of the maintenance contract I cancelled per the terms of the contract. Have been unable to get a response one way or the other.
Finance department sent me to a debt collector because they didn’t process a check correctly that the dealership was supposed to send in. Miscommunication between those two caused my credit score to be affected. Add salt to the wound, I went to the dealership today and did not receive ONE apology! I only got excuses and finger pointing!
