Luther Bloomington Hyundai is the BEST!!! They gave me a MUCH better price on my Kona than all of the other area dealers. Also, everyone (including Nate, my sales rep) was extremely pleasant and patient throughout the buying process. Would definitely go back for my next car. Thank you!!!
This post is from my husband who is not on social media: I DO NOT recommend purchasing a vehicle or warranty from this dealership. Their sales practices are deceptive. I purchased a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport from Luther Bloomington. At the time I also purchased an extended warranty that covered the vehicle to 100,000 miles. At the time of my purchase I was told that if I "did not use the warranty I would receive a full refund." My wife and I bought 2 CPO Elantras in the last month and couldn't be happier. The sales manager evaluated our trades and was more than fair. Alex in Finance was a huge deciding factor in our 2nd purchase. I have a history working in the automotive industry. This place defines customer service and professionalism before and after the sale.
RUDE "boss" Chad. Likes to argue on the sales floor. Called me in a round about way a liar!!! WORST dealership! Don't advise doing there!
