Can you give a 0 star. I bought a Mini Cooper from them. Runs great I was told. Next day engine light on. Trouble ever since. Just wanted them to take it back No they said. Folks stay away they just want your money. They don't care about you.
DO NOT BUY/LEASE A VEHICLE FROM THEM!!! Absolutely horrible sales/manager staff. I leased a vehicle from them (3 actually) and wanted to buy another vehicle so I emailed my salesman stating we liked our vehicle and were thinking of buying our leased vehicle and wanted to buy another vehicle. I hate to rate a 1 star but my last service experience is inexcusable. My girlfriend is handicapped due to a stroke. I recently took my car in for service to Luther Hyundai. This is the ONLY time the vehicle has not been parked in my garage and out of my possession. Imagine our frustration when we took the car up north last week and went to park and found my handicap placard not in the vehicle. There is one, and only one, solution to this mystery. My oil change went faster than predicted. And the "light" vacuuming for very thorough and much appreciated.
Much like the McDonalds near my house, something is always screwed up when I go here. Things aren't plugged in, bolts are left near my windshield wipers, and the same recall for leaking oil was done multiple times and it's still leaking oil! The last time I drove it in, I asked them to do the recall again because of all the oil and they told me it was all there from before and there was no problem. Excellent customer service. You are attended to the moment you arrive. After my initialed work was finished, I was told about a couple of things that needed attention. I opted to have them done that day and there was no extra waiting of having to fit me into their schedule. I love the free car wash and inside vacuuming that is done every time I go in for service. Very knowledgeable in all aspects of service. Thank you!
