I always receive the best customer service, and I love my service tech who knows me by name and helps me out any way he can!
Emailed dealership to ask if a particular car was still in their inventory. I also asked that if the car was still available to have someone contact me ASAP as I was looking to make some decisions about a car soon. Five hours later a sales person finally called me. When I told the sales person that I had moved on because I didn't get a prompt call back, she was extremely rude and hung up on me. Needless to say, I will not be buying anything from this dealership now or in the future, nor will I be getting any type of service ... read more
Just finished the lease on out 4th (!!) vehicle from Bloomington Hyundai. Top-notch service department. Clean, comfortable customer lounge for waiting on your service appointment. Knowledgeable, no pressure sales staff. Combine all of these and getting your car from here should be a no-brainer.
