My husband and I went in on a Friday to trade in our tiny Scion XD for a used Forester. We ended up with a brand new Forester with all the add-ones because the price wasn't that much higher. Didn't realize just how good the resale value is. Plus they got us a low rate and helped me get a discount thru my employer. We were even out of there in time to pick up our son from the bus stop. Outstanding job in all respects!!! In addition to service on our Subaru Outback, we had a number of obligations on that Monday. Working closely with Lee Keyt in the Hyman Brothers Subaru Service Department, we were able to get our Subaru serviced and take care of our other obligations too. Thanks for all your help, Lee!!!
I find the service quick and through. I do always have an appointment however. I love that they now wash your car after each service.
I had an oil change yesterday and was supposed to have my tires rotated. They punched my card for both services. Since I need new tires, they gave me a new punch card so there wouldn't be any confusion next time. And they gave me options on tire prices. I will be going back to have new tires put on by them. They were all very nice and helpful. I've always had great service with them.
The customer service is exceptional. I have not had a bad experience to date.
Bad day for inspections! They were slammed and they were doing the inspections in the bay where you drop your car off. They even told folks to park on the side lot and they would get to them when they could. Why not just utilize the bay for what it was intended, a place to drop your vehicle off out of the weather? Take the cars and put them on a lift and inspect them the way they should be (not looking just under the hood).
