Amazing! In 2015 I bought my first Subaru at Pence unfortunately I totaled it. When I went shopping for my new Subaru this December I went to Hyman's and they took great care of me! Best staff on every level, they really care and it shows in the service they provide! I would recommend Hyman to anyone! Get your new Subaru today and share the love!
Brought my Impreza Sport in for 15k mile service. I scheduled on-line to wait during service. Staff were friendly and accommodating. It took a bit longer than anticipated and staff offered complimentary!! It was not expected or necessary, but greatly appreciated. Thanks, Hyman Brothers!
I always have a good experience at Hyman Bros. More than once, they have given me a rental when my car needed more work than expected. But typically I'm in and out of there in less time than any other place I've had my car serviced. Friendly and helpful, but nearly impossible to get on the phone (hence the 4). I always have to call three times before I get someone, but when I do, they are very polite and helpful and there's always an appointment available at a time that works for me.
Hyman Brothers Subaru on Midlothian Turnpike made this our best car experience ever. The whole staff was just great, and the paperwork went very fast. I loved being able to make a donation (through buying this Forester) to the Richmond Animal League. This is my first Subaru, and I see why people rave about theirs. I LOVE mine!

Just had my car serviced with Hyman Bros. last week. Great service and staff.
Had an oil change and found the service to be prompt and professionel. They are also doing an oil consumption analysis for me because it was suggested by Suburu at no cost to me.
Purchased when it was Pence and always had good experience. Have had 2 service appointments as Hyman. They are efficient and friendly. I could have had a loaner car this last visit because of the amount I spent - I didn't realize it until my appointment was almost done (3 hours later) and the service rep didn't catch it on my VIP card he punched when marking off the oil change. The amount of time was not excessive since I was getting lots of work done and I expected it. Just wish I would have remembered about the loaner!
Just had my Subaru legacy in for an oil change. Not only did I get my oil changed a need, but a free car wash, which was totally awesome. Thanks, Hyman Bros.!
