Hyman Subaru did a great job with the quick annual service and Brian patiently answered all of my questions regarding some of the features on our Outback. I am impressed with the service department there.
Patrick was extremely engaging and not pushy at all. He went the extra mile in regards to how many cars I test drove and then finalizing the deal in the evening after the dealership was closed. For the first time in a long time, I felt like a customer and they actually cared about my experience.
Can't say enough about Hyman Bros Subaru. It is easy to get a convenient appointment. The service department is very helpful and you always feel that you are treated fairly on the prices.
Excellent service! Took my crosstrek in for it's first 6,000 oil change, tire rotation. Free car wash and wonderful customer service!
I purchased my 2017 Forester last November and I have been very pleased driving it. David Fayman was my sales person. He didn't make me feel pressured and he answered all my questions. The finance department completed my documents quickly and it was all a good experience. I went in the other day for my first service visit. That was an easy experience as well. I have purchased cars from Hyman Brothers since back in the Saturn days and I have always been treated well.
A great sales staff! They made my leasing experience as painless as possible. No fluff - just the facts, honest and friendly too!
Beautiful cars, highly qualified sales people and technicians, and most importantly it seems like these employees really care about their jobs and their customers. You don't feel like an afterthought or just another customer here. They also have free snacks, coffee, water, and Wi-Fi so waiting for service is a breeze. Go down and see them, I don't think you'll be disappointed.
I needed to have my oil changed. I arrived a bit early for my appointment, they took my vehicle to be worked on, and were finished in less than an hour. Everything was handled professionally and cleanly. I am glad I have been able to depend on their service department.
The service that I recived at Hyman Bros.was speedy and polite.I plan to continue to take my Subaru there to be serviced.
