Wonderful experience. I was a bit behind on my maintenance but they got me caught up and saved me a few $$ even! Great customer service. Love my subaru Impreza and dealing with Hyman Bros, for all the upkeep. Keep up the great work!
I love my service Tech, Lee! He always remembers me and calls me by name. I went in for an oil change and inspection. He convinced me to rotate my tires as well. When I picked up the car, the cashier applied a coupon, saving me $10, but what really impressed me was that they washed my car! They even got the hubcaps all shiny! Thanks, Lee (and Hyman Bros.)!
This is my 3rd Subaru from Hyman Brothers! I keep coming back because their sales and service is unbeatable! I was only looking this past weekend and before I knew it, the car that had to be mine was brought around. They were very responsive with a repair following an incident on a Friday. They waited for a bit past closing to check me in for the required repair. My Forester was repaired and received the 30,000 mile check up by noon on Saturday. Everyone was exceptionally professional and much appreciated by me.
Waiting area is good. It could be more comfortable. Good wifi, charging stations, and drinks and snacks for those who have to wait there and can't drop the car off. Staff is courteous and explain things well. Have had my AC, cabin filter, cruise control and airbag fixed. All done well.
I really like driving my Outback. I recommend Hyman Bros Subaru not only for the car but for the excellent service department. I enjoy bringing my car in to the pleasant, professional staff.
