Efficient, polite staff and clean service center. Good on loaner cars when needed. I had my annual inspection done, was offered a complementary car wash, and when it all took longer than expected, they replaced a headlamp bulb for me free of charge in exchange for the wait!
They were so friendly and took care of shat I needed to have donw!
Their sales and service are both professional and proficient. They are very courteous and the facilities are spotless. I have never been satisfied with dealer service except at Hyman. They are number one in my book.
We recently took our 2001 Forester in for a state inspection. They told us the power steering needed to be replaced and it would cost $1,200. Essentially the price of the vehicle. There was also an insinuation made that we can just buy a new car there. We instead took it to a mechanic elsewhere and the repairs are only $130. We're never going back to Subaru Midlothian again.
Excellent, knowledgeable, and (very!) polite staff at this location...All I needed was an oil change, and I had taken my Subaru Legacy to one of those "quickie" oil change places who had tried to take the oil plug out with the wrong size socket, so had rounded off the top of the bolt and could not get it out! The folks at Hyman fixed the issue very quickly, and they had Donuts, too!
