You never cease to amaze me whenever I come in for service. This time it was a free car wash when I had the State inspection and oil change. When I wanted to purchase an accessory the woman at the desk told me to ring the bell. When no one came another person called back to the person in charge. He came. Great service all around. Love all of you. Keep up the great service and best car on the market - the Subaru Outback.

Just purchased a new Forester from this place and everybody was amazing! The customer service is far beyond any place that I have ever been.
I now know why most of the reviews on here are 5-stars. Mike was an incredible salesman. He kept us informed, offered to help out with a loaner while we waited for the car, and taught us everything we needed to know about our new Outback. Highly recommend Hyman Bros, if you looking for a new Subaru (and incredible sales experience).
This is the most honest dealership service center I have ever dealt with! They reset my rear lift gate without charging me! They also have an awesome service program that is free to be a member of where every third oil change is free and you get free annual state inspection! I've been to other Subaru dealerships in the area and this is where I choose to get my car serviced!
Just moved yo VA and brought our 2016 Outback to Hyman Bros for inspection. What a pleasant experience. Fast, efficient, clean and comfortable waiting area. Service Rep, Brian, was great. Even talked me through getting bluetooth cellphone connection quickly hooked up to our radio after my failed efforts with it at home.
Great experience yesterday at Hyman Brothers Subaru. The service writer was friendly and helpful and the car was inspected in less than 20 minutes. It even came back to me clean and shiny on the outside. They have a recycle bin for water bottles and free water for customers. Oh, and the soap in the ladies' room was a biodegradable, natural product. That was an added bonus. Love this place!
Low tire pressure light came about two after going by Hyman Subaru to check tires. took it back and they took care of me without an appointment. They found a tack left rear tire, fixed it promptly and we were on our way. Service manager was very personable and cooperative. I'll be back.
