I had the best Subaru team take care of me yesterday. God knows how many cars I looked at before finding the perfect SUV for me at Hyman Bros. Subaru. I appreciate everyone's patience, specially Patrick's!!!! I specially loved that I was able to donate to the RAL and the ASPCA through my purchase. It turns out that Subaru donates $250 for every new car sale and the car buyer gets to choose which organization to donate to! ����������

Had my first experience with the new Subaru service. NY Forester is 7 years old and I was very comfortable at Pence...but thoroughly appreciated my service at Hyman Brothers. Not crazy about the on line appointment system. Lee, who was my service person, was great and the service was prompt. Place is nice, clean and convenient.
Excellent customer service and the appointment was quick. I did not have to wait very long for the completion of the maintenance
Best and least hassle car purchase I have ever had. My new Forester drives great and getting higher gas mileage than I expected. Definitely recommend.

I bought my Subaru at Pence across the street in February 2016. I was able to get it serviced very easily when the oil needed replaced. I knew Hyman had purchased Pence and was moving when I purchased the car. I thought it would be a great transition. Wrong after several attempts to schedule a service on a day that I was off work I was told it be a month before they could change the oil. A month for a oil change?
