Hykeham Carpets and Flooring went to great lengths to ensure that we got the bathroom flooring we wanted. They are a friendly local business. The fitter was polite, punctual and professional. We are very happy with our new flooring and fully recommend them.
Fantastic service from start to finish. No pressure sales, just advice with my option to choose. Followed up by a full survey of my empty 2 bed house for a full refit, priced very reasonably with all waste removed. Only thing I need to do was hoover throughout to finish I removed the old carpet, so they had a blank canvas to work on, the fitting was completed in a day. The finish was absolutely first class with a follow-up call to confirm. I would highly recommend Hykeham Carpets and Flooring with a 5 star plus.
Recently had a full house carpeted and lino in the kitchen and bathrooms. Plus 3 story stairs carpeted in another house. I have no hesitation in recommending Hykeham carpets and will be using them again in the future. They have a massive range of carpets from low to high end. We purchased middle price range as it was for a rental and we were very pleased with the price and quality quoted by Tom. Fantastic service from Tom and extremely knowledgeable. We had a very short turnaround for the delivery of our flooring and when delivery didn't go to plan, Tom stood by his word and went to great lengths, by travelling to Immingham, and delivering to our door, to ensure the timescale was met! We will definitely recommend to others.
