The room was nice, but when we got there the dirty linens from the previous guest were still on the floor....the top sheet on our bed was stained and hairs on it and then the comforter underneath had what appeared to be dog piddle stains. House keeping brought us a new comforter and picked up the dirty linens....but for the price we paid we shouldn't have had to deal with this. Additionally, the parking garage was always full. We had to pay for parking down the street and then hike our stuff to the hotel. Very inconvenient.
I will never stay here again its totally unprofessional and I witness some of the staff durning a banquet get mistreated in front guest
Great customer service from everyone. Valet is quick and friendly. Regency Club staff are accommodating and food is good. Wish there was a pool though!
