I wish I could say that my stay at this hotel was nice but unfortunately that is far from the case. My friends and I stayed for the New Years Eve event and for the most part the party itself was great, although the staff working seemed a little underqualified. Around 2:30am a member of the security team and one of the hotel managers came to our door to report that an alarm had gone off due to smoking. I spent well over $400 to stay here on New Year’s Eve and for the most part the staff was okay and the food was alright . Until the next morning me and my fiancé went and had breakfast as we were unaware that it cost. We thought the breakfast was included in our $400 New Year’s eve package for one night. This was my first visit at this hotel. I was pleased with the staff and the great customer service from valet to guest services. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. I also enjoyed the view I had from my room.
