Spent one night here on a business trip. Really nice stay. It’s a very good business hotel. Rooms are a tad small but perhaps typical for any downtown hotel. Check-in staff (Tykia?) was super friendly, as was the valet staff. Bed was comfy, shower was good, partial Arch view made for a few beautiful pictures. I’d happily stay there again.

No pool and hot tub for such an expensive hotel. Buffet breakfast in the restaurant was barely waste. Internet problems but that was addressed. Front desk did not tell you that some elevators did not go to some floors. No help was available for bags when I arrived. Great location. Lots to do close by.

Tasted much better after the dressing arrived! On a different note, Joe in Valet was so helpful to us. We had parked in the street a block away from the hotel and when we went to leave, our battery was dead. Guest Services referred us to Valet and Joe was... read more
