Had a good room, although a clean towel my wife used had brown stains on it!
Friendly staff clean rooms. Good stay.
The lady at the desk did not give me the room that was reserved for me but suggested a different one. That was not service Hyat promised. The room was just like any Motel, nothing special.
Great service and staff. Great drinks at the bar, and room service was wonderful. Only drawback is there was no pool. But I guess who needs a pool in a fancy hotel like that? Definitely would stay there again
